Terms of Service & Rules

1. Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms govern your relationship with Berserk (“Company,” “we,” “us”), also known as Berserk Gen, and cover the official website at rra.skin, the customer dashboard, the Berserk loader, generators, hardware tools, APIs, Discord, and related support (the “Services”).

You accept these Terms when you sign in, sign up, complete a purchase, download or run the loader, or keep using the Services after an update is posted at /policies. Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

We may change these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Services.

2. Definitions

“You” / “User”

Anyone who visits, registers, buys, or uses Berserk.

“License Key”

The unique key that unlocks a product for a set period or conditions.

“Loader”

The Berserk desktop client used to sign in, run tools, and manage your session.

“HWID”

Hardware or system identifiers used to bind a key to one machine.

“Crack / Tamper”

Any attempt to reverse, debug, hook, dump, patch, sniff, proxy, or bypass Berserk protection.

3. Eligibility

By using Berserk you confirm that:

• You are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live;
• If under 18, a parent or guardian has accepted these Terms for you;
• You have legal capacity to enter this contract;
• You are not barred by export or sanctions rules;
• The information you give us is accurate and you will keep it current.

4. Description of Services

Berserk provides a unified loader, license dashboard, account generators, hardware tools, and support for licensed customers. Features depend on the product you bought (for example Berserk Gen or Berserk Gen + Spoofer) and may change without notice.

We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, compatibility with every PC, or that any feature will stay available. Beta tools may be removed at any time.

Nothing here creates a partnership, job, or agency. Staff replies are information, not legal or professional advice.

5. Your Responsibility

Our tools are intended for systems you own or are authorized to manage. You must follow local law and the rules of any game or platform you use. You take all risk of bans, hardware flags, data loss, and legal consequences.

6. Acceptable Use

Use Berserk only as licensed. Keep your password and keys private. Activity on your account is treated as yours unless you report a breach immediately.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use Berserk for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
2. Share, trade, sell, or resell keys without written permission;
3. Use cracked, leaked, stolen, or shared keys;
4. Bypass license checks, HWID binding, heartbeats, or session limits;
5. Impersonate Berserk staff or other users;
6. Harass staff or members, spam, or advertise without approval;
7. Build a competing product from our software or internals;
8. Help anyone else do any of the above.

Any of this can mean an instant permanent blacklist with no refund and no appeal.

8. Anti-Crack & Security Rules

You are strictly forbidden from:

• Reverse engineering, disassembling, decrypting, modifying, or copying the loader;
• Extracting source, strings, keys, or protection logic;
• Running crack tools, debuggers, dumpers, memory editors, packet sniffers, network proxies, traffic interceptors, or similar tools while Berserk is installed or running;
• Hooking, patching, or injecting into the loader or its drivers;
• Sharing methods, logs, or files that help others crack Berserk.

The loader reports suspected tamper to us. A confirmed or suspected crack attempt can blacklist your HWID, key, and payment identifiers immediately. Staff decisions on security bans are final.

9. Accounts

Access requires a license key and password on rra.skin. Protect your credentials. We may require extra checks. Multiple accounts to evade bans or abuse resets are forbidden. We may refuse, merge, or close accounts that look fraudulent.

10. Licenses & Keys

A paid key grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the product and duration shown at purchase. You do not own the software. Sharing a key is a material breach.

We may revoke a key for Terms violations, fraud, chargebacks, or security abuse. Revocation ends access immediately.

“Lifetime” means the commercial life of that Berserk product, not your lifetime as a person. If the product is retired, lifetime access ends with it.

11. Device Binding (HWID)

Keys may bind to hardware. You accept that:

• New parts, Windows reinstalls, or VMs can break the bind;
• HWID resets are limited and may require staff;
• Spoofing or cloning a bind to share a key is prohibited;
• We are not liable if your own hardware changes lock you out.

12. Payments

Price is the amount shown at checkout or by an authorized reseller. You must be allowed to use the payment method. We and processors may decline fraud-risk payments. Taxes in your country are your responsibility unless we must collect them.

13. Refunds & Chargebacks

If you need help with a purchase, open a Discord ticket within 24 hours. That is support, not a refund promise.

False chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first are a material breach. We may globally blacklist you across all Berserk services and pursue the amount plus fees.

14. Third-Party Platforms

Berserk may talk to Discord, Rockstar, Steam, FiveM, Windows, and payment providers. We do not control their rules or uptime. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar, Take-Two, Discord, Valve, Cfx.re, or Microsoft.

15. Game & Platform Disclaimer

Games change security often. Software can stop working or get flagged at any time. You assume that risk. Do not hold Berserk responsible for publisher or server actions against your accounts or hardware.

16. Updates & Discontinuation

We may push loader updates that become required. Old builds can stop working. We may change or retire features without notice and without liability.

17. Intellectual Property

The loader, dashboard, brand, logo, and docs belong to Berserk. You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit them except as your license allows. Feedback you send may be used by us without payment.

18. Privacy & Data

We process what we need to run Berserk, including:

• License keys and hashed passwords;
• HWID, machine name, IP, and login times;
• Usage snapshots and, when reported, tamper alerts or screenshots;
• Payment references from processors (not full card numbers);
• Discord IDs if you share them in-session.

We do not sell personal data. We share it with hosting and payment providers under contract, and with law enforcement when legally required. We keep data as long as needed for security, fraud, and legal holds.

19. Security & Monitoring

We use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly safe. We log IPs, sessions, license checks, and suspected tamper to enforce these Terms. If a breach of personal data occurs, we will notify affected users as required by law.

20. Electronic Communications

By creating an account you agree to receive security and license notices electronically. Discord and ticket messages are also covered by these Terms. Do not post secrets in public channels.

21. Support

Support is best-effort on Discord ( discord.gg/rra). We help with activation, dashboard access, and documented loader issues.

Support does not include building your PC, teaching third-party platforms, guaranteeing undetected use, or helping with anything that breaks these Terms. Abusive tickets can be closed. Staff decisions are final.

22. Leaks, Bugs & Content

• Report bugs and vulnerabilities privately to staff. Public exploit or leak = ban.
• Do not leak paid files, source, internals, or private chats.
• Clips or videos of Berserk must credit where you got the product.

23. Community & Discord Rules

• Treat members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, and toxicity are banned.
• No spam, flood, unauthorized ads, or invite links.
• No political or religious arguments in Berserk channels.
• Use each channel for its purpose.
• Staff decisions are final.

24. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, title, and non-infringement to the maximum extent the law allows. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or any result on a third-party platform.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berserk and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost accounts, game progress, hardware, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater — except for liability that cannot be limited by law.

26. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Berserk against claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or the law, or your conduct on third-party platforms. We may take over the defense. You may not settle a claim that names Berserk without our written consent.

27. Suspension & Termination

We may restrict or terminate access at any time, without notice or appeal, including for Terms violations, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or security threats. On termination your license ends, you must stop using the loader, and no refund is due unless the law requires one.

Sections on responsibility, anti-crack, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and general terms survive termination.

28. DMCA

If you believe material on rra.skin infringes your copyright, send a complete DMCA notice through Discord support with: your signature, the work, the URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a perjury statement that you are authorized to act. Repeat infringers may lose access.

29. Export & Sanctions

You may not use Berserk if you are in an embargoed country or on a restricted-party list. Using a VPN only to dodge a geographic block we set is prohibited.

30. Dispute Resolution

Contact staff on Discord first and wait 30 days for an informal fix. If that fails, disputes are handled individually — not as a class action — unless a court says that waiver cannot apply where you live. Either side may still seek a court order to stop IP theft or leaks.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of rra.skin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country that cannot be waived still apply.

32. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, DDoS, cloud failures, war, or government action.

33. General Provisions

• These Terms are the full agreement for the Services.
• If one clause is invalid, the rest stay in force.
• A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
• You may not assign your account. We may assign ours.
• The English version controls if translations differ.
• Claims must be brought within one year where the law allows that limit.

35. Non-Disclosure (Business Deals)

This NDA applies automatically to Discord DMs about deals, any purchase over USD $200, reseller or bulk contracts, and any private business talk with Berserk.

Pricing, custom quotes, internals, and the existence of the deal stay confidential for five years after the relationship ends, and longer for trade secrets. Leaking that information is a material breach and can mean an immediate ban plus legal action.
